The project consists of an office building and Gatehouses. Launched in February 2025 and completed in November 2025. Project was done using prefabricated materials (Sandwich Panels, Laminate flooring panels, Tiles, Aluminium, Wood, etc) all sourced and manufactured from Turkey.
